The goal is to contribute towards the national impact of mitigating HIV/AIDS and attaining of UNAIDS HIV Prevention 2020 Roadmap and PEPFAR’s 90-90-90 targets by the year 2020.


  • sensitization meeting with stakeholders
  • Organize peer education groups
  • Selection of at risk children/youth / OVC from all their habitats and socio-economic backgrounds
  • Regular conduction of peer- to- peer education in youth friendly center
  • Organize and conduct refresher training for 8 peer educators
  • Facilitate HIV testing and counseling for direct clients  at designated health facilities (50% F & 50% M)
  • Conduct index case assessment and testing for  indirect clients of household members or  past contacts/ associates of direct clients
  • Conduct Volunteers training
  • Organized and Conduct Outreach VCT campaign
  • Provision of short-term Vocational training for older OVC/youth
  • Provision of educational material support for most vulnerable and needy  in-school children
  • Organize  life skill training for  participants  with equal proportion of male and female community members
  • Conduct individual and Group Counseling
  • Conduct quarter review meeting with stakeholders
  • Celebrate world Aids day
  • Prepare relevant SBCC materials for informative and promotional uses
  • Identify and support linkages  between OVC and relevant  service  providers
  • Supporting families or households infected  of affected  by HIV to access health, social and nutrition services from service providers
  • Strengthening referral of  PLHIV  for care and  treatment  and  other services
