BCDA stands for empowering disadvantaged individuals, families and communities; both in urban and rural settings, to eradicate absolute poverty by helping them actualize their latent potential through integrated development program that incorporates livelihood promotion, community based health care programs, promotion of pre-school education and cultural promotion.
